Helvetica is not a font provided by Microsoft. It is included with some HP laser printers, or if you really need this font rather than a similar non-serif font then it can be obtained from Linotype - http://www.linotype.com/526/helvetica-family.html Graham Mayor (Microsoft Word MVP)Calibri and Cambria are included with Windows 7 and Windows 8 (one of which would be required for Office 2013). It's not a fake, it's a real Adobe font, but Adobe only gives away fonts with a software purchase. So this has been posted illegally.
In a text editor like NotePad++, you can open any font and read the foundry information. This font reads Copyright (c) 1985, 1987, 1989, 1990 Adobe Systems Incorporated. All rights reserved. Helvetica is a trademark of Linotype AG and/or its subsidiaries.

I want to use Helvetica Neue Condensed Bold on my webpage but it doesn't seem to be working. I have tried this: http://jsfiddle.net/ndFTL/ but it does not work, it simply shows up as Helvetica Neue Bold.
I have Helvetica Neue Condensed Bold installed:
Could anyone please help me out?

After a lot of fiddling, got it working (only tested in Webkit) using:
font-stretch was dropped between CSS2 and 2.1, though is back in CSS3, but is only supported in IE9 (never thought I'd be able to say that about any CSS prop!)
This works because I'm using the postscript name (find the font in Font Book, hit cmd+I), which is non-standard behaviour. It's probably worth using:
As a fallback, else other browsers might default to serif if they can't work it out.
Demo: http://jsfiddle.net/ndFTL/12/

I had the same problem and trouble getting it to work on all browsers.
So this is the best font stack for Helvetica Neue Condensed Bold I could find:

In case anyone is still looking for Helvetica Neue Condensed Bold, you essentially have two options.
A very cheap compromise is to buy Franklin from fontspring and then use 'HelveticaNeue-CondensedBold' as the preferred font in your CSS.
Then if a Mac user loads your site they see Helvetica Neue, but if they're on another platform they see Franklin.
UPDATE: I discovered a much closer match to Helvetica Neue Condensed Bold is Nimbus Sans Novus D Condensed bold. In fact, it is also derived from Helvetica. You can get it at MyFonts.com for $20 (desktop) and $20 (web, 10k pageviews). Web with unlimited pageviews is $160. I have used this font throughout (i.e. NOT exploiting the Mac's built in 'NimbusSansNovusDBoldCondensed' at all) because it leads to a design that is more uniform across browsers. Built in HN and Nimbus Sans are very similar in all respects but point size. Nimbus needs a few extra points to get an identical size match.

You would have to turn your font into a web font as shown in these SO questions:
However, you may run into copyright issues with this: Not every font allows distribution as a web font. Check your font license to see whether it is allowed.
One of the easiest free and legal ways to use web fonts is Google Web Fonts. However, sadly, they don't have Helvetica Neue in their portfolio.
One of the easiest non-free and legal ways is to purchase the font from a foundry that offers web licenses. I happen to know that the myFonts foundry does this; they even give you a full package with all the JavaScript and CSS pre-prepared. I'm sure other foundries do the same.
Edit: MyFonts have Helvetica neue in Stock, but apparently not with a web license. Check out this list of similar fonts of which some have a web license. Also, Ray Larabie has some nice fonts there, with web licenses, some of them are free.

Does anyone know any other fonts similar to Helvetica Neue (free for commercial use)?
I'm working on a big website project where 'Helvetica Neue' is used heavily. I need a font that looks almost the same, is free for personal and commercial use, and looks good even when used with copytext (e.g. fontsize for copytext = 11px, for headlines = 16px).
Also there should be a condensed-font style included (if possible).

I still think that for web, the best free option out there is Liberation Sans. It renders perfectly with @font-face.
But you can get Helvetica Neue for web from Fonts.com for web use for a fair price too. I would probably use font-family:'Helvetica Neue, Helvetica, Liberation Sans, Arial, sans-serif'; so those pcs with the font installed can see it, and those who don't have it can see a replacement.

Roboto is a good neo-grotesque sans that can replace Helvetica. Commissioned by Google and released for free. Used as Android's default font.
Google re-designed Roboto in July 2014. The above sample has now been updated.
More about Roboto's (pre-redesign) similarity to Helvetica here. I wouldn't overstate its similarity, but I would say it's a good free alternative. Since the 2014 redesign, some of its most Helvetica-like aspects have actually been removed.
I also agree with Yisela's recommendation of Liberation Sans, which is also a good font albeit available in fewer weights.

The closest open source licensed font to Helvetica Neue I have found is surprisingly GNU FreeSans. Below is a sample from Inkscape, with FreeSans at the top and Helvetica Neue at the bottom. The glyphs are nearly identical, some are a little closer to original Helvetica. The spacing varies slightly (at least in Inkscape). The biggest difference I can see is FreeSans has ligatures between certain characters, note the 'fl' combination. It is an excellent font and is works well with the GNU font family of FreeSerif and FreeMono.

For a Helvetica Neue Condensed, you can have a look at the webfont Archivo Narrow:
For the Helvetica Neue Black version, this version of Archivo Black is not bad either:
For the other Helvetica Neue like the standard one, other answers have been posted and they're pretty good.
If you want to only stick to the Google WebFonts, Droid Sans, Open Sans and Roboto are not perfect but could work.

Everyone's been giving you names of fonts that look similar to Helvetica (some more than others) but depending on what kind of project it is that you're working on you might not need any of those.
Unless you need something that looks almost exactly like Helvetica, Arial might be an option you should consider. It comes pre-installed in (almost?) every Windows version and also Apple devices. Unfortunately Arial Narrow isn't included in iOS but, since both Helvetica and Helvetica Neue come pre-installed in all Apple devices, you wouldn't have to worry too much about it.
Your font stack could be something like
font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; and you'd be covering the most common devices and operating systems (except for Android which I think doesn't come with any of those two font families).
Keep in mind this is far from ideal in most cases but would allow you to avoid licensing costs and reduce the time it takes for your website to load (since it will not be downloading fonts). This will also take some load off you server even though serving fonts isn't such a big deal.
Here's a link to a site with some of the fonts that come pre-installed with different operating systems: http://www.cssfontstack.com. And here's another one to a Wikipedia article about the usage share of the different operating systems: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Usage_share_of_operating_systems.
EDIT: This site is great when you wanna check what font would be used in each browser and operating system: http://fontfamily.io/
